Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during promotional periods may take up to 5 business days to process.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment partner in China via tracked air mail.

Australia:

Standard Shipping: $7.95 AUD (estimated 7–15 business days)

FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $45.00 AUD

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Remote areas may experience additional delays.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number, which you'll receive by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear on the carrier's website.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders under AUD 1,000 are exempt from import duties in Australia. Any customs fees or taxes applicable in other countries are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or within 30 days of shipment if no delivery confirmation is available). We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to change or cancel it, as orders are processed quickly.
