Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We ship across Australia via tracked international shipping.
FREE Standard Shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Remote areas may experience additional delays.
Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in China. We are an independent online retailer based in China and we are not the manufacturer or brand owner of the products we sell.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number, which you will receive by email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear on the carrier's website.
Customs and Import Duties
Orders under AUD 1,000 are generally exempt from import duties in Australia. Any customs fees or taxes applicable in other countries are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or within 30 days of shipment if no delivery confirmation is available). We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders placed before 4:00 pm (China Standard Time, UTC+8) on a business day are usually passed to our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed on the next business day.
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to change or cancel it, as orders are processed quickly.
