When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Your order is only accepted once we confirm it via email and process your payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to make changes.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment via PayPal. You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
- Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders across Australia. Processing takes 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, see our Shipping Policy for how we will resolve it.
- Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
