How to measure

Wrap a soft tape around the widest part of his belly, just behind the ribs — not around the chest. Keep the tape snug, not tight.

This band runs small. XL tops out at 17.7 in (45 cm). L and XL overlap slightly — if he measures 40–43 cm, either will fit, so choose L for a closer fit. If he’s between sizes, size up.
